Order Tracking: We currently do not offer order tracking, as our packages are sent via a stamp-based postage system.

Delivery Time: Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. Please allow up to 14 business days for domestic deliveries. International orders may take longer.

Incorrect Shipping Information: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If your order is returned due to incorrect shipping information, you will be responsible for the re-shipment costs.
